Both same Genre : School,Comedy This anime is so funny, even to the anime itself be used as a comedy, whether they run out of material or something, which obviously is highly recommended for fans of comedy 

Both have yandere black haired girls who trolls those around them. Both have blonde rich girls who are airheads. Both also have a theme of "slice of life" to the story. Both consist of some girls doing tomboyish things. 

While Minami-ke is in no way sexual, it has the same sort of humor in which we just watch our favorite, eccentric characters sit around and do normal things during the day. Same sort of plotless but character driven comedy, and same dependable characters are constant throughout both series. Both will have you holding your ribs from laughter.  

Sex positive, occasionally witty, and dripping with indecency. Both shows consist of a core cast of girls with coarse senses of humour shooting dirty jokes one load after another, hard and fast. Whilst common anime tropes such the innocent Ojou-sama character is subverted in both series; Seitokai Yakuindomo more or less follows popular manzai comedy traditions whereas Gyaruko-chan relies more heavily on trope subversion, frank realism, and situational comedy. 

The only similar thing between these two is the dirty jokes, the whole plot is totally different. but when it comes to the jokes, both have similar dirty jokes. but Seitokai Yakuindomo is more focused to relationship jokes, while Gintama has a variety of dirty jokes. 

1 Jokes are basically the same (mix between dirty jokes and oneliners) 2 both of this anime is 4koma 3 decent amount of good jokes on both anime 

This anime is with both seiyu of Ritsu and Mio , they have approximatively the same relation but it's like they old up and became pervert. It's a really good comedy anime.
