Both anime are very short episodes about siblings. Super Seisyun Brothers is more extensive though.i

Super Seisyun brothers is about a pair of 2 twins and relates to danchigai due to the sibling relationship . It also quite funny and is also a short anime that is a slice of life . If you liked Danchagai then you should like Super Seisyun Brothers

Romantic comedies with short episodes and similar animation style.

Both stories revolve around a sibling relationship with the eldest being female, and the youngest male. The difference is Recorder to Randoseru circles around one pair of siblings, and the young brother (11 yrs old) is much bigger and most people assume he is the eldest compared to his sister (17 yrs old). Anyway both stories are short, and share a comedy experience of the character's daily lives.

There are strong hints of romance in both of them, and they are just as sweet and adorable and hilarious.

A short comedy series focusing on the relationships between the brothers and sisters. Though Super Seisyun Brothers has four main cast who are blood related siblings and has some funny interacting dialogue. Onee-chan ga Kita focuses on non-blood related siblings where the sister loves her brother really much.

- Both touch heavily on Brother-Sister relationships - Both can be somewhat relatable at some points - Both realistic enough to keep you interested and at the same time "anime enough" to keep you laughing Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai! is way funnier and heartwarming while Super Seisyun shows us more about its larger main cast of characters' thoughts and growth.
