Characters with an unusual fetish, scissors being similar to both series. They are attached to each other and also have a daily routine to be fulfilled.

Both shows have people fighting using, or being, cursed instruments/tools. They also look cute at times, and very violent at others.

There is a bloodline traditional game that in order to get your wish granted you must kill. In Crime Edge you have "Killing Goods" instead of "Servants", and instead of killing all servants other than your own to get their wish granted, they must kill the Main female character Iwai. Behind all this there is an organization that oversees the progress of the "Game". That is where there similarity ends.

In Another and Dansai Bunri no Kuraimu Ejji, both main, male leads notice a girl who is excluded from those around her. Both are interested in finding out why and so they seek out the girl more, but others are being opposed to this happening. Both series are dark, but also enjoyable to people who don't usually watch psychological and dark animations. You will notice more similarities as the main plot and the characters unfold. The main, male characters decide that they will be there for the girl, even if it gets themselves hurt in the process. And from this, new events unfold no one  read more

Both include characters who wield scissors as their weapon of choice and both have a seemingly unconventional relationship with their partners. Somewhat violent but either show has its own quirks and comedic moments.

-Both Needs Partner To Recover/Control Their Power (Maria/Instead) -Both Have Sexual Scene (Plenty On Seikon No Qwaser) -Similar Atmosphere

The characters of both anime own the objects with which they fight each other. Mahou Shoujo Site сharacters own magic items called magic wands, and Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge characters own relics of their ancestors, assassins.

They are similar because they both have a picture of a guy standing over a girl sitting in a chair in a place that looks it could be a greenhouse of some kind with all the plants in the background; and pictures give a same strange feeling to them and yeah umm stuff and stuffy stuff.

They're not too similar in terms of premise but both Pandora Hearts and Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge has that majestic/fantasy like atmosphere. As such both series has some supernatural features such as the action and drama. Both series' main male protagonist also has a normal personality while maintaining a peculiar relationship with the main female protagonist. In both series, there are antagonists that plays various roles that often puts some characters and events at risks.

In both series, there's fantasy themes involving the main/supporting characters. These characters are seemingly involved in a game that tests their abilities against each other. The winner of the game will claim a prize/glory. Both series are lighthearted but does feature some emotions as well as action. Both series' main male protagonist also have similar personalities and wishes to protect others, especially the main female protagonist. Both series also have comedy, drama, and hints of romance. The OST in both series are also noticeable presenting in a majestic manner.

Iwai looks REALLY similar to the little girl in this anime when Iwai had her hair cut for the first time really short in like the first or second episode also the art style is kind of similar note they are completely different in plot and the tone of Dansai Bunri No Crime Edge is much more dark, Ikoku Meiro no Croisée is much more light and happy of an anime

The main protagonists use magical tools to fight an evil organisation and protect the long haired small beauty they recently met.

There's a sense of competition among many of the characters in the series. They all have different abilities to aid them in combat. The main protagonist from both series are introduced to a world where there is danger and their lives will never ever be the same again. Both series also has a school life setting, drama, comedy, and romance.

Once you dig in a little, there's this feeling of wrongness in the atmosphere and the characters. Murder mysteries that carry on for generations, curses, murderous impulses bequeathed upon people for X reason, usage of instruments of torture and murder, that sort of thing. The Higurashi series is far more bloody and maimy as it does follow through with maiming, murder and mayhem and we get to see a lot of that to a graphic degree, whereas Crime Edge is more about characters wielding cursed instruments of murder and controlling their murderous impulses by only imitating murder in order to stay sane.

Both shows are largely divided into different arcs, with each arc concerning the defeat of a specific foe. Both series allude to a deeper meaning/scheme behind the events in the story. Both series contain a female/male pair as main characters. Both series have a sense of darkness and mystery to them.

It has the same atmosphere. Both anime are about a tiny girl that feels lost in her own small world, until one day they are found by a boy that will help them.
