Arcade Gamer Fubuki

Both shows focus heavily on Arcades. High Score Girl however has a more friendly competive vibe to it with some romance and even some random facts on certain arcade games. 

They both have English dubs that will make your sides hurt with laughter. 

if you ever thought: "yeah i like the girls in Sgt Frog but theres not enough fanservice" then this OVA series with character design by the author of Sgt Frog is for you 

Both Kill La Kill and Arcade Gamer Fubuki focus on clothing that gives it's wearer super-human powers. Both also don't take themselves very seriously. Both shows have the main character trying to find out more about their father, and both of the main characters have a super supportive best-friend as well, which tend to come off as pretty similar characters. The major difference between the two shows is that Kill La Kill is focused on crazy physical fighting, while Arcade Gamer Fubuki is focused on crazy fighting in the form of video gaming. The latter also comes off as more generic in terms of it's presentation, while Kill La Kill has a more original presentation. read more 

The shows are basically all over the place with its comedy going rather dark at times. They both have a bit of a hyper main character and have this strange idea blown out of proportion. I got a bit of a impression that both of them were slightly satires for their genre, one for magical girl and the other for completion style anime.
