New Interest Stack
Interest StacksAlong with Kids' WB, Fox Kids (later the FoxBox) provided a steady diet of dubbed anime (and tokusatsu) to kids in the early 2000s. Any Shounen Anime involving Ghosts, Monsters, Aliens and other paranormal scenarios. These are anime Adaptations that came out before their source material was finished or for some other reason the staff decided to conclude in their own way. Anime aired in Spain's TV channels (public or private), listed with the Spanish title. Might be missing some or be messy: I wanted to add the most important but also the less obvious. Excluding most sequels & movies. Animes that had been aired on any Filipino major channel (ABS-CBN, GMA, TV5 etc.). Not included are the shows that only aired on Animax-Asia. For people who just want to enjoy a normal sibling relationship in anime without the all too common incest stuff that's prevalent in many anime nowadays! A list of anime with protagonist's that can see and interact with supernatural entities and spirits, whether that be temporarily or permanently. Anime about various twins, including fraternal or triplets, quadruplets, etc. In general, any anime where twins are the main characters, love interest, or at least very important side character. In some shows, the characters are step siblings, but the premise or certain events still position them as sort of "twins". This stack is dedicated to the most popular, discussed and simply highly rated shows among the west millennial generation. If you were an avid anime fan in the 00s, want to see what was popular with your older relatives, or just learn hits from the past, then this stack is for you. Self explanatory title, some anime with Latin American characters, who may just be side characters or protagonists. Also count series with characters from fictionalized versions of Latin American countries, or characters who are implied to be from Latin America without it necessarily being confirmed or a plot-point. Some or many of these may be stereotypical representations of Latin American people who some could find offensive, these are not necessarily instances of "good" representation. As simple as the title suggest, a stack of anime that have a remake Criteria: A lot of Anime back in the 90s and early 2000s were heavily edited for TV broadcast in the international market and some anime are even edited for TV in Japan and it continues to a lesser extent today. I tried to make a list for those like myself who like to research weird, bizarre changes to popular anime series to check them out. A majority of these anime are from the English versions, but some are from other countries. Some anime have a description for some changes that may be less noticeable. A comprehensive list of everything that aired in LatAM. Put a comment in my profile in case I missed any (This is only part 1, i'll make as many as necessary. Franchises will be listed under a single entry to save space. Locomotion and Animax are excluded to avoid repetition from other existing Stacks. Anime with emo or whatever 2000s nostalgia. Wide-spaced too huge eyes, large forehead, tiny mouth, moe-blob. Some has y2k fashion or catchy tunes. Some are not to watch with other people unless you know they're fine with it. I haven't really watch any of them so I only picked based on thumbnail art-style. Always read reviews + genre tags before watching. Anime that have cute shotas (short young-looking boys) in it. Crossover cosmology. Characters, myths, historical figures interacting with each other. Stories, timeliness, worlds clashes into each other. Shared universe. Avengers archetype. Peak fiction fantasy. |
