I don't hear these anime talked about often, but in my opinion, they're definitely worth checking out!

Through teamwork they are able to overcome dangerous situations and overcome their opponents, though some duos may start off incompatible but develop throughout the series as they get to know each other better.

Q. What's the criteria for this list?

A. Well, OP MC is always entertaining, when done right, and I usually prefer characters who aren't ultimate cucks around women as well (so some anime with "romance" also show up). Some anime featuring cuck MC's are present in the list, but the cuck level is low/bearable enough or the rest of the anime is entertaining enough to sit through main character's cucky shenanigans (cuckanigans?).. viewer discretion is advised.
