Pink Mizu Dorobou Ame Dorobou

These are both early adaptations of one-shots by Toriyama, they both have that classic Tori art style and very light hearted and fun with loveable characters and character designs. Fans of Tori and his unique art style would find enjoyment in both. 

Kosuke-sama features similar character design unsurprisingly as they're both done by Toriyama. Fans of Tori's unique style will enjoy this short movie which is very reminiscent of early dragon ball with similar characters to Goku, Kennosuke, General Black & Icarus. Both are movies with distinct charm and likeable characters. 

Pink is a OVA based on a one-shot by DB creator Akira Toriyama. Appreciators of Tori's unique style are bound to get a kick out of this. It's story is simple and easy to follow, the characters are well designed and likeable, it doesn't take itself too seriously and has a heart warming ending.
