Synopsis

Iroe Genma is a third-year high school student often referred to as "Elder Sister" despite her short height. This troublemaking teenager is the president of her school's Model Club, which is dedicated to building plastic models of various objects and structures, such as cars, boats, and even robots.

Joined by her two underclassmen, the violent Hazuki "Okappa" Okamoto and the rational Makina "Makimaki" Sakamaki, the small group aims to carry out their club duties but are often sidetracked by a myriad of distractions. From battles between club members to lessons on how to confess to your crush, these three schoolgirls get caught up in all sorts of wacky, and downright outrageous situations!

Plastic Neesan has a run time total of twenty seven minutes and nineteen seconds, within that run time it accomplishes being incredibly funny while encompassing the Moe early 2010s gag atmosphere. You don't see this kind of comedy in most anime nowadays, one of the big positives for it having such a short run time is there is zero filler which allows the gags to get straight to the point without wasting any time. For a older ONA I recommend it and there's not much of a time commitment to get some great laughs out of it, shorts 7 and 8 are my favorites.

Mixed Feelings
I think this anime is alright. While there are some parts that are more enjoyable and relatable than others, overall it is not that intriguing. This anime is more akin to portraying the everyday lives of three female high school students having fun together. The art style and animation are fine; each episode consumes only 2 minutes, by the way. This anime may have a different impression on girls because it portrays the life of a girl. And the storyline is not that unique, and this anime gives no shit to character development. If you feel free, you can just try this anime with no ...

It's only 25 mins, but still not worthwhile in my opinion. Not only is there barely a story, but it is very inappropriate at times, bordering on hentai. The comedy, aside from maybe 1-2 funny jokes, is pretty intelligence-insulting - gag comedy at its worst. I'm not sure what the point of this show was at all. There is no real takeaway message. The character development is awful, you can find better character development in some 5 minute animated shorts, than in this 25-minute miniseries. I give it a 3 only because the art/animation was pretty good, and the music/soundtrack worked decently well.

Anger: a strong feeling of being upset or annoyed because of something wrong or bad; the feeling that makes someone want to hurt other people, to shout, etc. Everyone is subject to it, including anime characters. Although our favorite anime persons tend to have reactions that are amusingly extreme.
