Inazuma Eleven Go

Soccer with stands 

The mc are both really similar, the plot of the mc are also both similar. From weak to strong. Aoashi has more basics of soccer while Inazuma Eleven Go has more basics of how to use your avatars and their own competition.  

Both are super power anime set in a school that deal with fighting against authoritarian rule. But their genres are very different as Kill la Kill is a Seinen and an Ecchi with a lot of fanservice while IE Go is a sports anime that has zero fanservice as it´s aimed at a younger audience, even compared to other shonen anime 

I know this is unrelated to each other in genre, but because Inazuma Eleven Go make references to Pegajin, Lancelot, Apollo and many other more.  

Another soccer anime but with super powers. 

They are both soccer anime and both share a predominance in the psychological stories out of the soccer matches, altough the soccer matches are important in both series. Difference: "Ganbare! Kickers" has realism overall, while "Inazuma Eleven" (and its sequels) moves toward fantasy with the ball techniques 

Both anime are about soccer and various teams and championships...while Inazuma Eleven has some sort of supernatural feeling to it (Because of the whole "hissatsu" techniques) and even different characters that appear to be regular humans but aren't, Captain Tsubasa seems to be a more "normal" type of soccer... Inazuma Eleven evolves faster than C.Tsubasa, taking only 2-3 episodes for a match to end, while in Tsubasa it takes more than a whole episode for the players to run half the field... Both anime are enjoyable and have the soccer to kick in!
