Both come from the same author. Fujimoto's storytelling is one of a kind. Stories are different in many ways, but the core ideas, such as deep breakdown of characters minds, portrayal of fragility of human lives (even main characters'), and last but not least, very metal and detailed violence.

Written by the same author so it has a similar break neck pacing. Fire Punch is bit more dark than Chainsawman but if you enjoyed Chainsaw I would highly recommend reading it.

Well first off, it's made by the same author. Just like Fire Punch you'll be greeted to a story that isn't bound by logic and your same wacky characters. It's a story that you don't know what twists the author will pull, but it's damn good.
Both are written by the same author and have similar types of characters with this kind of dark leaning moral ambiguity and tons of action. There is the sense that there is no justice in both series as misfortune affects all characters regardless of how good they are. Both protagonists did not ask to be in their situation (more so in Fire Punch) and get thrown into a conflict that is bigger than them. Both have major plot twists that may feel like ass-pulls to some but are interesting nonetheless. The main difference is that Chainsaw Man is comparatively more coherent.

If you enjoy CSM, you would most likely also love Fire Punch. It may not seem like it at first, but by the 13th chapter or so it has all the usual Fujimoto stuff such as:
- endless suffering and depression
- genuinely funny dark humor
- excellent paneling and overall better art than csm due to being biweekly
- an extremely fast, chaotic paced story that knows when to slow down for a few chapters if necessary
- both mc's being immortal and having amazing character development
- extremely good writing but it's probably more recognized on a 2nd read
Give Fire Punch a chance today if you're desperate for

This is Tatsuki Fujimotos other big series; Fire Punch.
Just like Chainsawman it has it's focus on a larger story with much action and whatnot; BIG read, big reccomendation!
Both are written by the same author and both explore the philosophical aspects of their main characters, Fire punch might even explore those philosophical aspects even more. the characters are great and also crazy and resemble the ones in CSM (in a good way).
While Chainsaw Man feels far more refined and more tailored for mainstream success Fire Punch takes braver and more outlandish steps in it's storytelling that allow it to, in some cases, transcend the more popular work. Both are amazing and showcase why Fujimoto is the perhaps the biggest star in the manga industry as of right now.

same author, same energy ..................................................................................................
Both are written by the same author, and are equally chaotic. If you want to read schizophrenia in literature form, give these two a go.
Fire Punch is a bit harder to get into than Chainsaw Man, however, I feel like it is better in terms of conveying the story's overall message.
Live.

Same author, Tatsuki Fujimoto. Both are violent mangas, characters seems similar in a certain way but they detach at some point of the stories. In spite of Chainsaw Man, Fire Punch focuses more on the mindsets of the characters.
It was made by the same mangaka, It has same dark humor and endless depression, its also fast paced like fire punch
Both are written by the same author. Same art style . And both have a crazy story. Although CSM better imo.

From the same mangaka. Fire punch is a lot darker, gory, and even more absurd than Chainsaw Man. If you love Dark psychology dramas then go for Fire Punch, if you are more into comedy and shonens, go for Chainsaw Man.
Still, chainsaw man is very brutal and gory, but fire punch is like 100x more.
Also, Fire punch is finished, while Chainsaw Man is not.
Both by Tatsuki Fujimoto, incredible art, and crazy story.
