Both series find their protagonist being reborn in the body of the villain character of an otome game. Both characters take the fact that they are a villain in stride and both try to go as far from being a villain as they can. While Otome Game focuses more on avoiding the future downfall, Koushaku Reijou has already hit the downfall part so it focuses on the aftermath and what the mc can do to improve the world and her father's land. Both are Shoujo Isekai

The mangas involve a strong female protagonist who wakes up in the body of an otome game villian. Both characters use their knowledge of the otome game, as well as knowledge from their own worlds to further their goals. They each have a following of loyal friends and are concerned with avoiding the tragic ending that their respective characters faced in the otome game.

both characters have been transported in to an otome game and become the villainess. They both use their knowledge from their past life to reach their goals. ‘ Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami ‘ is more about politics, economics and how iris wants to make people smile and live a better life . ‘Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta’ is about katarina who doesn’t want to have a bad ending , she’s kinda stupid but that’s what makes this manga so nice and funny.

In Otome Game the heroine is reincarnated as a child so she does everything she can to avoid the "red flags" that would destroy her in the game, while in Koushaku the MC finds herself in the game world too late to be able to change much. However, she does everything she can to improve her life. For both works the demographic is shoujo. The art style is also similar, although in Koushaku it's more detailed and a little bit less flashy and   read more
