For me these manga both create scenarios for the main character that envoke the same feelings. Both manga are works by authors that have been in the manga business for a long time and have created very good prior works. Therefore the quality of characters and location in both is quite strong. Both series see the MC go to a unfamiliar location and meeting a younger girl which they continue to live with. Generally though, for me both these series are fun and relaxing with good characters.
