While Ichi the killer is running for the "sickest manga in the universe"-award, freesia is a bit more restrained, well not restrained, but moderate in the sense that it never tries to be disgusting for the sake of being disgusting, it's a bit more focused on the storytelling. That doesn't mean that Freesia deserves a spot on the list of "sick mangas you should read before you turn sane and don't enjoy this shit no more". Freesia has a bit more humour as well.
