Similar premise, where a guy who's very popular with girls begins dating another guy. They're both BL but Seven Days is intended for just about all audiences, whereas Gosan no Heart is intended for more mature audiences. Seven Days is longer in length, and also, the main story in Gosan no Heart is about 3 chapters where the remaining chapters are oneshots. The art is similar, very cute and airy and I'm sure anyone will enjoy them both.
