Both very funny and web mangas that update one page at a time, tomo is about the love of boyish girl and mousou is more about a girl who reads minds and tries to make friends but still they both have the same refreshing and light hearted feel.

Similarities:
- Both released daily
- Pretty similar plot
- Characters are both interesting and have their own interesting "abilities"
- Very similar humor
- Both revolve around a girl and guy respectively.
Difference:
- Mousou Telepathy has very cartoonish art (Which actually ties in well with the plot), whereas Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko is more Manga-like
- Characters in Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko are more 3 dimensional, and are more tied into the plot.

Both are daily released 4-Koma romantic, comedy manga, set in highschool. They revolve around a main pair that gradually gets closer to one another.

It's written in the same format (4-koma/4-panel) and has short and sweet chapters for the most part. Both are based in a school setting so their focus is on navigating the unknowns of romance and being individuals and members of society. They both start off with the focus of an unrequited love, but from opposite stand points (tomo-chan the main character in love vs Nakano-san the main character being sought after). What Tomo has in people as a support system, Nakano has in her ability to read minds (so she's basically on her own in the beginning). Their art styles are pretty different in execution,
