Both are romances with teenagers in adolescence, overthinking situations and sometimes not taking action because of love. Sometimes leads to misleading actions that leads to misleading funny scenarios. While Kaguya-sama is more complicated on love, Komi is more simple and more focused on friendship but with a dash of love.
Both are romantic comedies that focus on the daily lives of high school students, with
main characters that like each other, and a hilarious cast of supporting characters.
A comedy manga that is presented in a bunch of short skits that is similar to Kaguya-Sama.
Both are implemented SOL though Kaguya-sama is leaning more on the romance while Komi-san is focusing on it's naturalism. Main characters are similarly sympathized but differently characterize in terms of the other traits. Very similar way of emphasizing a certain situation / object whilst experiencing it.
