The similarity in these 2 manga are not that visible from the outside but you can clearly see the similarities in the artwork and comedy type as soon as you start reading Oshi no Ko. I would say that Oshi no ko's plot is way deeper but that's what makes it special and different from Aka Akasaka's Original works. I really recommend you to read this once you're all caught up to Kaguya sama and if you enjoy deep plots.
