Both have similar genre, and also have unique love story. Heroine have himedere type.
They aren't similar, I just want to recommend Kaguya-sama. If you've watched the first and second season, those pale in comparison to the emotional rollercoaster that this manga is. There's nearly 200 chapters as I write this. This manga is for people who already like the anime; the direction the anime went in and the manga's direction aren't going to be very different.
