Both contain two characters who, despite having mutual love for each other, let their pride get in the way of confessing. The two works also both make excellent use of narration (in Kaguya-sama's case, narration is used for dramatic effect, while with Sheriff Evans the narrator acts a omniscient snarky commentator on the actions and thoughts of the characters).

Despite the difference in setting (school vs wild west), both series feature a lovable main duo who are inexperienced in love and don't confess despite liking each other (Kaguya for pride, Evans for rivalry).
These two manga also have a narrator that makes the situations way funnier due to the comments and exposition he provides.

They're both great comedies with idiot prodigies who won't admit their feelings for each other, which leads to mental showdowns.
Also, the two have hilarious snarky narrators.
Both manga have a main pair that is young, inexperienced, but also very prideful.
They aren't willing to admit their feelings, but wouldn't mind the other person falling for them, and thus try to trick each other into confessing.
