Karneval

I started Karneval not long ago, but somehow it reminds me of Loveless. Even though the personalities of the main characters are not alike, both of them are looking for someone who dissapeared leaving almost no clues (both Seimei and Karoku seem to have similar personalities too).
I also found the artstyle (specially in the covers) of Karneval really similar to the Loveless art.
The art style and fundamental plots are very similar. Young boy searching for his "missing" older brother. Joins forces with another guy to find his brother. Some "enemies" become friends and a "mysterious" organisation is involved. That being said the characters couldn't be less alike. Nai and Ritsuka are basically polar opposites and so are Gareki and Soubi.
Both are fantasy, mystery and even a little tragedy. One of the biggest differences between the two is the lack of subtle shounen-ai hints in Karnival which are present in Loveless. Although, to me, this is sorely missed, I am still feeling very intrigued by the story
