While the set-up differs in many ways, the very specific story arch of a college student who meets a girl in his apartment building who can't be seen is the same. Nobo-san has a lot more time to flesh out its story, but you can't go wrong with either of them if you're in the mood for a light, relatively safe romance story with a few twists and turns.
