Both revolve around school life and once side is openly in persue of the other party while the other is confused about their feelings or non existing feelings, it's actually more complex of what im making it sound, all characters have their own personalities and backgrounds. Both are amazing reads, my top shoujo-ai right now.
Both are slow romances, where one girl chases another who is initially unsure. The natural interactions are really cute in both. SQ is lighter in tone with more comedy.

Bloom Into You and SQ both follow simple girls love relationships. The relationships are also somewhat unrequited with the pursuing MC giving their entire love to the one they are pursuing, asking for nothing in return.
Both do this in a school life situation, there is no real difference in the plot if I am honest, apparent from what they literally present.
Bloom Into You and SQ are good manga/manhua for the romance genre. Absolutely wholesome as well.
