Both couples are sweet and both face problems in their relationship.
TBH, I thought I'd never find a yuri manga as good as bloom into you but here it is.
The plot is not that similar but I like how both couples just have that same amount of sweetness and face reality situations.
However, Can't defy the lonely girl is still publishing while bloom into you is already finished.

A lot like Yagate Kimi ni Naru, Lonely Girl ni Sakaraenai revolves around two girls who are, after a series of events, not quite friends but not quite lovers. The story isn't exactly as slow burn as YagaKimi, but it does hold a similar feel to it. The story itself is extremely cute with characters who are as lovable as can be, and plot points that help said characters grow into better people (as well as strengthen their relationships with each other). I would most definitely recommend this to anyone who read and enjoyed YagaKimi, as well as anyone who simply enjoys a nice, slice-of-life,
