Both are yonkomas depicting the daily life of little moe anthropomorphized girls: cats for Chokotto Hime, cockroaches for Gokicha. The characters are curious, playful and cheerful in both stories; they also cannot be understood by humans when they talk.
The only real difference, which is a direct consequence of the species, is that the characters' lives are comfortable in Chokotto Hime whereas they are miserable in Gokicha.
