While their premises are entirely different, I'm recommending the manga bc of the relationships of our MCs, and the situations they find themselves in. In both manga, one MC has been observing the other for certain reasons, and even though one of the MCs dislikes the other, he has sex with him multiple times (because of reasons). But their love-hate relationship eventually turns into love, and everything ends on a positive note.
