Both has historical weaponry , warfare and political themes. Also , unlike someone who also recommended these 2 mangas, no , they are not from freaking WW2 but WW1 and before it. Such ignorance about historical warfare is the reason why I'm writing this recommendation right now. Also , they are not "Elite Commanders".
