Both have cute catgirls who are shy and can transform into cats. Both contain love rivals, confessions, and cute embarrassment. Both of the catgirls often behave as cats would.
Catulus Syndrome has more yuri, and in my opinion the cuter catgirl, and shyness trends towards depression themes. Tayotare is closer to social anxiety, and contains more fighting than cats.
I highly recommend both, as they all have good kitties.
