The main similarity between these manga i found was the friendship between the main girl and guy. In both series, the guy takes care of the girl in a parent like way and the girl is a bit eccentric and very small. However, the series differ in the rest of the cast, the type of humour and even the personalities of the main characters. Nonetheless, both of these series follow a group of friends in high school with a comedic focus, with some romantic elements sprinkeld in. Therefore, if you liked one i could probably recommend you the other.
