Crafted from same author, Oresama Teacher and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun share some special similarities with its setting and characters. Both series' main male protagonists are considered tough on the outside but soft on the inside when it comes to association with those they care about. At the same time, we have a main female character who gets herself into odd circumstances with others. With a colorful cast of characters, there's plenty of drama and comedy that spawn from both series. Oresama Teacher and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun are from the same author. They have the base as the interaction between the characters rather than relying on a solid storyline or plot. In other words, characterization excels the most rather than the art or other elements. Art is reminiscent of each other (ie), if you read Oresama Teacher, you will reminisce about Nozaki-kun and vice-versa. Oresama is not your regular shoujo manga but it is something much different.
Both series are tremendously funny, same sense of humour, if you enjoy one you'll probably find the other funny too. The artwork is clean in both, same mangaka after all!

Written by the same mangaka, they both have witty humor and are light-hearted. Oresama teacher is a little more serious with some action mixed in, but both are great mangas.
