For one thing, the main story is about a relationship between an author and a student. The author (seme) usually makes it a point that he pleases his lover and most of the time, woos him with colorful words. Also, said author always has this outrageous fantasies with and about his lover which gives the younger lover sort of a freaked vibe. Although the story in Junjou Romantica is a bit deeper and longer, Sakka, Dorei wo Kau (Author's Pet) gives off the feeling of sweetness just like the first manga.
