Tyrant just completely reminds me of the Egoist arc in Junjou. The characters are just so similar; the way they act, the way they look, even. (Morinaga practically IS Nowaki) The only difference really is the fact that Tatsumi is straight while Hiroki is gay.
Interesting characters, humor and characters that refuse to accept that they are in a gay relationship while sort of being in one
Although Junjou Romantica is more shounen-ai, and not as graphic as Koi Suru Boukun, both have to do with a main character that denies his attraction to his male partner.
