Until Black Lagoon starts getting released again, Jormungand is where its fans should look for their psychotic lady sexiness + guns fix. The blend of light-hearted interaction, death and serious subject matter in general, as well as the emphasis on scary-but-hot ladies, makes them easy to place together.
Both deal with the transporting of cargo as mercenary teams attempt to protect the goods until they reach their destination; shooting anything that gets in their way. Women lead the way with insane smiles/laughter in Jormungand, as well as Black Lagoon. The most deadly characters in the two are female and in Jormungand the heroine is the lead

With the recent release of Black Lagoon chapters, I thought I'd give a recommendation for both series.
Jormungand and Black Lagoon go hand and hand in terms of their quality and themes. In fact, both manga series details with a group of individuals/specialists who are skilled fighters especially in terms of weaponry involving guns. Are you looking for stories where a group of gun-toting, less-than-sane but tough-as-nails men and women travels around the world causing mayhem and destruction? Well, look no further.

I also made an anime recommendation for the adaptations of both of these manga, but again, Black Lagoon and Jormungand are very similar.
Both manga ran in the same magazine, Monthly Sunday GX. Both manga are about the criminal underworld, and have a lot of gunfights. Jormungand, however, is complete, while Black Lagoon is still ongoing.
Read both of them if you can. They’re really good seinen manga.
