In Re:Monster a normal guy dies and gets transported to another world, starts as a weak goblin. Over time gains levels, new abilities from the monsters he kills and changes class.
Solo Leveling a normal guy nearly dies, after that starts a new life with new abilities like leveling and absorbing skills from others.
Would recommend both.
