Both is simple romance manga that you couldn't hate except the simplicity itself
Both are short, you can read it in one go
Both are sweet...
Higashi no Kurume is a little more weird and a little not expressive... But I still like how it goes and how it ends... more laid back...
While Bocchi na Bokura is shorter, more expressive and make you feel more "doki2"
