They are similar in the sense that there are pros, but they are training someone to become even better - and they both look really cool because they have to put in a lot of effort to improve. The Breaker and Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru shares a variety of action gimmicks. From the start, we have a main male protagonist who is just an average boy until he becomes involved with an individual with unnatural gifts. It's from there that the main protagonist challenges themselves to their limits as they face off against powerful adversaries. Both series has great action and drama along with realism when it comes to relationships. There is also some bits of romance sub-plot as all part of a larger story crafted by their themes.
