This manga doesn't have an alien girl force herself upon the main male character. However, she is an alien that is very obviously one and has many gadgets which inconvenience the main character all of the time. In addition, she almost immediately ends up with the main character and they begin their lives as a couple without the element of harem/love triangle in the beginning.

Boys become romantically involved with pretty alien girls, and lots of their pretty alien and robot friends. To Love Ru is more of a harem, with many girls falling for the boy; Narue no Sekai is focused more on the relationship between the main couple, and on intergalactic politics.
