Both of these manga have a similar feel to their main protagonist. they are clumsy and perverted but caring and open hearted. in TLRu there are aliens and in In Bura there are monsters.
Both "innocent" protagonist surrounded by girls and, with twisted plot, he keeps get "lucky" to do "indecent" things.
Both To LOVE-Ru and In Bura! are similar in many ways. For one the male protags look VERY alike, you could switch the two of them out and you probably would not notice at all. Also the protags get in many different *ahem* ~situations~ so they are similar in that regard. One similarity both series have is that some of the girls are not human, but one difference with this is To LOVE-Ru has aliens while In Bura! has vampires.
