As the story progresses Ane Doki! really feels like a replacement for To-LOVE-ru... Although the premises of the stories are different, both Male protagonist live alone with no parents and both Lead girls are smokin' hot... Both have nice ecchi moments, and both have school life elements
I can't agree more with rebwaters. The main difference is that Ane Doki! is not so much a harem as To-LOVE-Ru. If you liked TLR for the ecchiness and the quality of the drawing, you'll love Ane Doki. And vice versa.
(however Natsuki is hotter than all the girls in TLR imho)
