Same artist, and it's similar in that these are both series that largely focus on girls, guns, and cool vehicles.
Triage X was in fact largely created for the purpose of filling Highschool of the Dead's space while it was on hiatus, so content-wise, expect a lot of similarities.
Both mangas are from the same guy so the art and storyline are very similiar. While HSOTD features zombie apocalypse, Triage X features assasins who follows a triage code, used by medics to mark the priority of casualties. Very interesting series filled with gorgeous girls, big breasts and gore! The same goodness you enjoyed from HSOTD.
