Young girl in love with old demon. Innocence overflows in both female protagonists making for a nice heart warming story.
Hana to Akuma is more shojoesque and consists of the typically cool, rude and arrogant gifted male protagonist who has a soft spot only for a select few.
Ore ga Akuma is a shounen and follows the underdog becomes more accepted and cool where male leads are concerned.
