Aphorism

In both, main lead (male) entered a school they thought was normal, but students there are able to use magic/mysterious power. That's the only similarity.
Mx0 is much more light-hearted, students there learn and use magic, and having fun.
Aphorism is of serious tone, bloody/gory.. Students entered the school are 'jailed', they are forced to stay in the school until they graduated(if only they could make it), and forced to fight monsters every now and then. Aphorism is really what I called a hidden gem.
