Both manga revolve around the MC having to fake their way through a sort of magic school when they themselves don't have any powers. Both have supporting characters all completely bamboozled by the faking, and everyone thinks that the MCs are amazing. Both are focused on comedy.
Mx0 has some light romance/harem elements.
Iruma seems to be focused on the comedy so far, though there may be light romance in the future.
