Both titles are similar to a degree where it's easier to list what is different. Most probably Nana to Kaoru was an inspiration for Takane no Hana wa Midaresaki.
Similarities include, but not limited to: high-school setting, ecchi, romance based on light S&M, where boy is dom and girl is sub, girl is popular, good-looking, and seemingly unattainable (but has a secret pervy side), boy is average on the outside, but has other redeeming qualities.
