Both stories are really similar. In Iguana no Musume the older sister has never received love from her mother, unlike her younger sister. In Hanshin the older twin is ugly and didn't get enough attention from her family. Unlike her beautiful twin, who got enough attention & praised by others.
If you liked Hanshin, you'll like Iguana no Musume.
both are short and bizarre psychological stories of sisters where one is "beautiful" and has a happy life and is loved by the mother and the other sister is "ugly" and miserable and not liked by the mother. except in iguana no musume the "ugly" sister is an iguana. yup.
