These two give off the same vibe. The heroines are so funny, weird, simpleminded, strong, tomboyish, and of course lovable. They are different from normal girls in shoujo mangas. And the main guys start off as girl-haters but are really sweet to their girlfriends. I also like how (mini spoiler!) in both stories, they get together early on and overcome obstacles as a couple.
As for the differences, I'd say Happy Hustle High is more lighthearted and the girl in koukou debut more innocent and naive.
