They have a very similar type of feel in regards to the school setting and how stifling it is when a rumor or event happens it can completely change the person and shows how fake and cruel people are. It also show the consequences of how this can impact the individual to either cause destruction to the school by blowing it up or moving to home schooling to pursue a career in drawing manga.
