There are too many similarities between these two to list them all. Both are about a girl who ends up in an all boys school, and falls in love with their roommate. Sano and Itou look really similar, and so does Mizuki and Takanashi. Both have really similar romances, and comedy. If you liked one, you'll most likely like the other :)
Both female leads attend an all boys school. The lead in Boku no Natta Watashi being forced to enter, whilst the lead in Hana Kimi entering by choice.
EXACTLY the same...seriously...the only difference is that the lead character doesn't actually want to go into the school, but is forced by her mother. Otherwise it's eerily familiar.
Its also does not play up the comedy as far as Hana Kimi does.
A girl disguises as a boy and goes to an all-boys school where she falls for her roommate. The characters are somewhat similar as well.

A girl having to disguise herself to go to an all-boys school. Although in Hana-Kimi she wanted to go, and in Boku ni Natta Watashi her mom made her. They both involve a pot of falling in love with their roommate and having to hide their secret (of being a girl).

They both revolve around a female character who has cross dressed to be able to get into an all boys school.
- they get into the school
- they get found out that they are female by their roommates
- they fall in love
They both pretty much have this same basic idea, but how each manga's plot is actually composed is different however, if you like one of these I'm sure you'll like the other one.
gender-benders. in love with their roommates
