Both manga is about delinquents and their fights. Both lead characters are unamenable, they are extremely strong. Many side characters are trying to picking fights with them. Other than that some part of the both story's and character's developements are similar too.

Crows is very similar to beelzebub, yet with none of the supernatural stuff. Both have high school delinquents fighting their way to the top. The comedy is great in both, but I'd say Beelzebub is more the parody-comedy type, where Crows is more serious when it comes to school fights.
beelzebub doesn't exactly scream "delinquent" but this really reminds me of it.
just gonna point out that i'm only 4 volumes into Crows but that's the general feeling i get.
