Well for starters, the story and initial "game" concept in both series are very similar. The game itself has all participants trying to work out, and kill off, the killer who is mingled in with them.
In Doubt, the players are called "Rabbits" and the killer is a "Wolf".
In Jinrou Game, the players are called "residents" and the killer is also a "werewolf". Also, there are two major differences that isn't in Doubt. One is that there are actually two wolves than one. The second is that one player has the power for someone to relvel if they are a Werewolf or a Resident.
A group of young people gets dragged into a life or death game as they have to find the traitorous "wolf" among them.
Similarities:
- One person among a group is the suspect
- Forced to play
- Don't know how they got here
- Suspect has to kill of the other members
- All victims have things in common
Differences:
In DOUBT..
- Game based off a videogame
- Victims play the game
- One suspect manipulating others
- Mc is a guy
In JINROU GAME..
- Game based off of 'wolves and villagers'
- Victims are all from the same school
- Multiple suspects
- Mc is a girl

A type of game where you have to figure out who the "imposter" is before he/she kills everyone. In both manga, the suspect is a wolf (werewolf in Jinrou game to be precise). In "Doubt" there is one wolf and in "Jinrou game" there are 2 or more werewolves
