Both are very cute slice of life stories. And both mangas are short-lenghted.
Similar girl meets boy and falls in love when they see the guy being passionate about their interests. In Aoi Kiseki's case, the sport is swimming. In Kingyosou, it is taiko. Girl joins club and starts bonding with guy.
A main character with a disability is present in each but is more evident in Kingyosou.
